Love Movement Pilates A place for people to discover and be inspired by movement. I have loved Pilates since the first time I tried it.

I love how it makes me feel inside and out and I strive to continue to grow as a movement instructor. One benefit of practicing Pilates is increased overall physical and spiritual awareness. It can be done at any age, even after 15 years of teaching I feel I'm just scratching the surface of my Pilates career and personal experience. Left California yesterday at sunset, arrived back home in Maine today at sunrise. I'll be over here resting and reflecting on the memories and how grateful I am for my tiny little life and all the beautiful souls I'm blessed to have in it.
Classes will resume next week with Barre on Tuesday 4/8 via zoom at 5:30pm, Pilates Weds 4/9 at 5:30pm. Saturday classes will be offered a little differently, more on that later once I get my brain back to full capacity. Big news coming...(for me in my tiny precious world)
