Royal Caribbean Cruise Fall Break 2025, Adventures of the Seas.
The Good the Bad and the we can't wait to go back!
The boat itself is 25 years old so the rooms are a little dated, but we spent very little time in the rooms so that wasn't a big deal to us. The food was great, the Promenade pizza was visited numerous times a day. The donuts and cinnamon rolls were surprisingly delicious. The evening meals in the dining room were so fun we had a beautiful view of the ocean and the sweetest people serving us. The drink package.... totally worth it, but buy before you go! The drink soda package goes on sale numerous times before you go, we only paid $8.99 a day and it was unlimited. If we had waited to buy it was $16.99 and they would not give any discounts. They have soda machines and give you a special cup you can use, also you could get a drink at any bar. The package for sodas and specialty non alcoholic drinks was also great and people that got that thought it was totally worth it. Most importantly, they had Foxsports on the room TVs so we were able to watch BYU beat Utah.
The entertainment at night was hit and miss. The people they brought in were fantastic, the actual people they have on staff didn't blow us away. The ice skating show was great and the kids even went ice skating on the day we had a sea day and loved it. Obviously, it is geared to an older demographic with who they bring in for example one night we had one of the original "Letterman" perform. A tribute band to the four seasons performed one night. Then a juggler comedian who was hilarious. (these were our favorite)
We enjoyed the hot tubs (especially at night watching football or a movie), sauna, sitting by the pool, playing cards, looking for ducks, playing basketball, pickleball, flowrider, rock climbing, miniature golf, sushi making classes, trivia games go on all the time, and simply relaxing
