One of my favorite times to visit Disney World is actually early November. 🍂✨
It doesn’t get as much attention as summer break or Christmas week, but honestly… that’s part of the appeal.
By then, the Halloween crowds have mostly cleared out, but the Christmas magic is already starting. Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is underway, holiday decorations are going up all over the parks, and you get that fun in-between season where it feels like you’re watching Disney transform into Christmas in real time. 🎄
And let’s talk about the weather—because this is a big one. Florida finally starts to cool off a bit, the humidity eases up, and walking around the parks feels so much more enjoyable.
Here’s the part a lot of families don’t realize: if you’re thinking about an early November trip, now is actually a great time to book. You still have solid resort and dining options available instead of just picking from what’s left later on.
So if you’ve been wondering if May is too early to plan a November Disney trip… it’s really not. The families booking now are usually the ones getting the resorts and experiences they actually want.
Tell me—which would you choose: early holiday Disney magic in November, or are you all about the full Christmas season in December? 👇
