I have passionately dedicated my life to the union of Musical Medicine, Bodywork and the Healing Arts. My Purpose on the planet is to help people live happier lives by improving their "Body-Mind-Spirit" connection. I do this through compassionate bodywork, sound energy healing, meditation techniques, breath work, and intuitive presence. Since being introduced to the power of Sound and Vibration, I
now incorporate over 40 different instruments into every private session or event. I also draw upon my 30 year career as a professional singer/musician to achieve transformation on a "mind-body-spirit" level through this "Musical Medicine." I have acquired a special family of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls that all play together in harmony around the tone of "OM" to help quiet and balance the brain while diminishing stress in the body. Two lively Gongs enhance the healing process by aligning the chakras, flushing the meridians, boosting the immune system and detoxifying blood cells. Most recently, I've created a new form of bodywork that incorporates the singing bowls into a massage session called: BLISSbowls. The bowls are used on and around the body to calm the mind and relax the muscles so massage techniques are more effective. This unique experience stops the mind-chatter, deploys the body's 'relaxation response,' reduces pain from stress-related maladies, and brings the individual to a BLISSFUL state of pure presence. In addition to my clientele seeking relaxation and pain relief, I provide specialized healing sessions for cancer patients, grief support, accident trauma, and Digital Detox. A unique and transformative experience is waiting for those looking to quiet the mind, relax the body, and connect to spirit/intuition.
