All of the people who support us should be thanked 1st. It's really hard to say Family, Friends, and Sponsors and seperate them all out. They are all one in the same. Sure we have our legal families that we dearly love but our entire community group is our family as well.

The Crappie Masters National Championship was on Kentucky Lake this weekend. We prefished for a week and by tournament time we had a few ideas but no solid plan. Our problem all week was getting big fish to eat and when you are tournament fishing that is a pretty big problem. Heads down and hope up we just went fishing. We figured a couple things out and would like to have had that one more day of fishing but severe weather cut the tournament short. No way we would have caught the leaders. These guys are too good and to be in it you have to stay close from the start.

The highs this week. We made some new friends. Had dinner with some friends. Played yahtzee with some friends. Fished against some friends.

The lows this week. We lost some things. We broke some things.

It's all part of the journey

We are down at Kentucky lake fishin this week for the Crappie Masters National Championship. Matt Jones and Carisa Jones daughter Olivia is just up the road at Murray State. What a mornin Randy and Jerry had chasin crappie.

We fished 6-10fow lookin for roaming fish that were suspended under LINES of shad. You could walk a across the shad they were so thick.

We had the Outlaw Crappie Poles 14ft prototype spooled up with 40lb K9 Fishing Products braid and a minnow rig. Minnows is what the wanted.
