Kim Marie Berger who made all of our trip arrangements, thinking beyond the ones I could have forgotten in the chaos had even arranged a wheelchair for Bob in the different terminals. This morning we were rushing and I forgot it. ...until I approached the end of a long zig zagging TSA line. By the time we got the chair the security line was being measured at a conservative 9/10 mile long! Thanks Seattle, we knew it was an unavoidable busy day to fly BUT couldn't all the stations have been open for the regular flyers who were really annoyed having a nearly a 45 minute wait creeping forward inches at a time? Kim made our hotel arrangements, some of our dining, and everything for the Haven. I think the only thing I did was request juices in the minifridge and make a spa appt on a sea day for Bob's special treat. 15 days went without a hitch. THANK YOU KIM!!
