I've been keeping a not so small secret from you all, and I am so excited to share that I was selected to participate in ALG Vacations Kindness Conference in just a few weeks!
Instead of focusing solely on sales or supplier updates, this conference is all about leading with heart—fostering community, supporting mental wellness, prioritizing meaningful client connections, and making a positive impact in the travel industry and beyond

ALG Vacations Advisor Give Back is committed to creating safe, supportive learning environments for children in need—this year at Escuela Aquiles Peña, a rural school in Miches, Dominican Republic.
While this region is rich in natural beauty, it faces significant poverty. The school lacks basic necessities like working bathrooms, a secure perimeter, a functioning kitchen, and safe classroom conditions.
That’s why we’re making this more than a moment. As I prepare for my trip to Miches for the Kindness Conference , I’ll be collecting donations to support this school— and while there, I’ll join other advisors in volunteering and assisting with hands-on repairs and renovations.
