Today, I was sitting and waiting for our team when Mickey came walking up behind me. His friend looked at me and said, “Mickey is on his way to greet some other friends, but he said you needed a hug first.” 🥹❤️

And in that moment, I completely lost it.

THIS is the true meaning of Disney magic. ✨

Life lately has been chaotic. It’s been hard. And if I’m being completely transparent, I’ve been feeling a little down and carrying more than I probably let people see.

So for Mickey to stop, come over, and give me a hug—when I wasn’t expecting it and honestly didn’t realize how badly I needed one—was something I’ll never forget.

Yes, I cried. And no, he didn’t let go until I did. 😭❤️

Some people may see a character in a costume. But today, I felt seen. I felt like, for just a moment, someone knew I needed a little extra magic, a little extra love, and a reminder that it’s okay to just let go.

So thank you, Mickey, for sharing a little bit of your magic with me today. ✨ You’ll never know the difference that one hug made or just how much my heart needed it.
