We have our first full day exploring in the spectacle that is Busan starting with the popular Gamcheon Hillside Village with its colorful buildings, wonderful views and bustling vibe. After lunch, we have free time exploring the International Market and Fish Market before a wonderful visit to the U.N Korean War Cemetery and Memorial.

After a night on the southern coast of South Korea we start the mornint off on the spectacular Yeosu Maritime Cable Car enjoying the views across the whole bay to the island offshore. After a lunch of Korean Chicken 4 ways, we journey to the magical Suncheon Wetlands for a walk on the boardwalk throuth a sea of marshland reeds. We end the day with a drive to famous Busan for the start of a 3 night beachfront stay.

We continue the journey south, but first spend a fun morning with a visit to the Korean Vintage Fashion store to experience the famous Hanbok style with everyone getting dressed up. We wallk the beautiful grounds of Gyeonggijeon Shrine to take pictures. We continue into the mountains to visit Beakyangsa Temple and have tea and conversation with a Korean Buddist Monk all in the stunning setting of the temple. We end the day on the southern coast in Yeosu with a Korean BBQ dinner.

We depart Seoul and start our exploration south.. Our first stop is Gongsanseong Fortress, a UNESCO World Heritage hilltop fortress in Gongju. Afterwards we continue to the tomb sites of King Muryeong in Gongju. The beautiful grass mounds in a scenic park like location also had a fascinating museum. After arriving in Jeonju we take a stroll in the old town and enjoy a mother of pearl workshop making our very own charm to take home. Dinner along the atmospheric streets..

We journey an hour south of Seoul to the Osan area to visit the Kyochon Chicken company the largest fast casual chain of Korean Chicken in Korea. We learn about the process and try our hand at glazing Korean Chicken. Then it's off to Hwaseong Haenggung 화성행궁 palace and the surrounding UNESCO fortress walls. We end the day with a few hours wandering the huge and famous Starfield Mall for some shopping, exploring and eating. Fun!

Our first really full day as we head north to the Legendary DMZ on the North Korean border and spend the day exploring different points from the tunnels to the observation deck into North Korea. Then it's off for a walk on the busy Myeondong Shopping street before enjoying the amazing Nanta Show, Korean non-verbal and drumming show. Wow!

It's official our October Tour in South Korea is underway as all travelers have arrived in the country.. We have our first full day exploring the National Museum of Korea and the beautiful Bukchon Hanok Village near the Royal Palace. We have a welcome dinner floating in the Han River that cuts through the city of Seoul.

We arrive on the island of Tahiti and leave the wonderful Star Breeze after 14 days and 2000+ miles or exploration across the South Pacific We spend the morning exploring the main island of Tahiti and have some facinating time with wonderful guide Gerald. Afterwards, Stewart Tours travelers relax at the waterfront Hilton Tahiti and enjoy lunch while waiting for our departure from the South Pacific.

We anchor in Cooks Bay today on the stunning island of Mo'orea. This lush tropical Bali-Hai is our playground today. Picked up by gleaming outrigger canoes we explore the coast swimming in the turquoise waters. We then enjoy a private Motu Island lunch with our feet in the water including a tropical cooking class and stingray and tropical fish coming for a visit. Leaving the water behind we visit the best viewpoints on the island one reachable only by 4x4 vehicle. We toast our finL full touring day with pineapple rum and fresh Princess Pineapple.
