If you’re visiting Walt Disney World during the summer, don’t worry—there are plenty of ways to stay cool while still enjoying the magic!

💦 My favorite ways to beat the heat:
• Ride Tiana’s Bayou Adventure or Kali River Rapids (you just might get soaked!)
• Step inside Mickey’s PhilharMagic or The Hall of Presidents for a cool, air-conditioned break.
• Explore The Seas with Nemo & Friends or The Land Pavilion at EPCOT.
• Catch a show like Festival of the Lion King or Finding Nemo: The Big Blue… and Beyond! at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
• Grab a refreshing DOLE Whip, Mickey Premium Ice Cream Bar, or an icy frozen lemonade.
• Browse your favorite gift shops—they’re a great way to cool down while discovering fun Disney treasures.
• Head back to your resort for a midday pool break and return to the parks later in the evening when temperatures begin to cool.

💡 Pro Tip: Invest in a cooling towel (cool wrap) and a rechargeable neck fan before your trip. They don’t take up much room in your park bag, and they can make a huge difference on those hot Florida afternoons. You’ll thank yourself later!
