Waffles 🤝 Craft Beer
was a monster of a journey to open for the folks at that I was following via social media over the yearS (yes with an S! 🤯) that it has take to get across the finish line, and I was so excited to finally get to visit after they opened this summer! 🔥
Walking inside you’re hit with classic old school diner vibes, all in the best way. There’s counter seating and booth seating, milkshakes being hand spun, and a homey feeling throughout 🫶
Don’t be fooled by the diner vibes though, the food menu is not just composed of breakfast classics. The menu reflects the fact that they’re open all day—morning, noon & night, with a large variety of offerings from biscuits and gravy and rotating pastries to oysters and wings to chicken pot pies and club sandwiches. No matter what meal you’re present for or what mood you’re in, there’s a stellar offering available for you 🍴
As for the beverages, there are of course a couple of Two Tides beers always available and mimosas for brunch, but they also have an extensive list of handcrafted cocktails, a full spirits list, wine, and even some macro brews for your uncle 🍻
They’ve also got a killer happy hour Tuesday to Friday from 4-7pm with food and drink specials that I’m hoping to take advantage of the next time I’m in town! 🍸
Loved my time at The Laundry Diner and just wish I could’ve enjoyed several meals here during my visit! 🧇
