I just got back from Nobu Hotel Los Cabos, and I have a new appreciation for this corner of Mexico.

Sushi at sunset, a Mexican cooking class, room service breakfast, pool cabana time, and a spa circuit worth rallying for. I came home with a much better understanding of who I would send here.

Incentive trips are not just for big corporations. 🌴

This fall, we traveled to UNICO 20°87° in Riviera Maya with a client we have now planned four incentive trips for. Their top performers enjoyed a welcome dinner by the beach, a day exploring caves and cenotes at Xplor, and a private group dinner that came with the resort contract.

✈️ Next stop: Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya! 🌴

Jen & Kelli are heading to Mexico for our annual travel conference and while the setting isn’t too shabby 😉, this week is all about making your future travels even better.

We’ll be meeting one-on-one with luxury hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators and destination partners from around the world, learning what’s new and building the relationships that help us create truly special experiences for our clients.

Because there’s a big difference between finding a beautiful hotel online and knowing who to call, which room to request, what’s newly opened, and the little details that can completely change a trip. ✨

We’ll also be spending time with some of our favorite colleagues in the travel industry, sharing knowledge, comparing experiences and learning from one another.

🇮🇹 A delayed flight. A long night. A Colosseum day that still happened.

Our clients arrived in Italy a day later than planned after their flight was delayed until Saturday evening. And while they were navigating the uncertainty, our Director of Client Experience, Dana, was right there with them.

Communicating through the night on Friday. Rearranging arrival transfers and tours. Moving plans around. And working with our trusted partners in Italy to get their trip back on track.

The result? Today, they are all together at the Colosseum, enjoying their scheduled tour with a few adjustments to the original plan.

Dana even managed to rearrange their plans from last night so they could enjoy them tonight instead.

This is what happens behind the scenes when you have a travel advisor who knows the right people in the country you are visiting.

Because travel does not always go according to plan. Flights get delayed. Connections get missed. Plans have to change.

But when you have someone who knows your itinerary, has relationships with the right local partners, and is working to solve the problem while you focus on getting where you need to go, it makes all the difference.

And when that someone is Dana? You know she is going to do everything she can to get you back on track.
