Welcome to the vibrant and enchanting town of Guatape, a Hidden Gem tucked away in the heart of Colombia. The rock stands 650 feet with 708 steps to go up to the top.
After you descend from LaPiedra you will find the heart of Guatape. Its streets are bursting with color and life thanks to the intricate zocalos that adorn nearly every building. But Guatape isn't just about land based adventures. The Penol reservoir offers a watery playground. You can sail, kayak, or jet ski across the crystal clear water all while being surrounded by a captivating blend of mountains and islands.
