A lot has happened in the last year and a half, our family has started a new chapter with children growing up and moving off to college and medical concerns that arose. I found myself realizing I was going through life with my eyes open but not really open. Sights, words, and touches didn’t have the same meaning as they do now. The world around me has took on a more glamorous view in my eyes. There are so many things we take for granite these days such as our child holding our hand, the gleam in our spouses eyes, that little giggle a baby has, and much more.
