Fuzzy Photos Photography My name is Lisa Herndon (for those who don't know me). I shoot with a Nikon D80. I have 4 children, ages 9, 6, 5, and 6 months.

I have been to probably every photography studio in Chatsworth and Dalton. I always ran into 2 things....quality and money. I felt like some of the photographers could care less what kind of pictures I received and then other times, I felt like I received good pictures, but I had to spend a hundred or more dollars to get them. After my third child was born, I finally had a great experience with a

freelance photographer! She spent about hours, just on the session, and when my newborn started getting fussy, SHE stopped what she was doing and rocked him to sleep!! THAT is what I was looking for in a photographer! When it came time to pay her, her prices were the most reasonable that I had ever seen! When my baby was about a year old, I called upon her again, but unfortunately, she had stopped doing photography. I decided then that I wanted to do my own pictures of MY kids. My husband bought me a camera the following Christmas and I started snapping away. After I started posting them and showing them to family, my calendar started filling up! I did not just wake up one day and "decide" that I wanted to be a photographer. It was after many bad experiences and finally one great one! I want to give other people what this lady gave to me. I believe that you need 3 things to be a great photographer: A great eye, so you can catch the special and important moments; patience; and a love for photography. I won't tell you that I am a "professional". You can always find someone who is better and more experienced. But, I doubt that you could find anyone who loves it more than I do. I hope to have my own studio one day and I have an idea for a studio that I think would be absolutely awesome! I know for a fact that you can't find it around here!! I hope to be at that point one day, but for now, I have to build up the clientele. Please look around my site and check back often for new pictures! We are now offering catered lunches on Friday's only. On the menu for next Friday, Oct. 21 Chicken Caserole, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, & a Roll. All meals are homemade & come with utensils. Desert this week is Brownies.
