Sinful Shenanigans Event Tours has become aware of false and defamatory statements circulating publicly alleging that funds were stolen in connection with a canceled vacation involving Sinful Shenanigans Event Tours and another party.
These allegations are categorically false. At no time did Sinful Shenanigans Event Tours steal, misappropriate, or intentionally withhold client funds. Any statements asserting otherwise are inaccurate and are being addressed through the appropriate legal channels.
Because this matter is currently the subject of pending litigation, we will not litigate the facts in the court of public opinion. We remain confident that the evidence presented through the judicial process will speak for itself and establish the truth of this matter.
It is important to clarify that Sinful Shenanigans Event Tours has always operated with integrity, professionalism, and accountability. Our business has never been built upon deceptive or fraudulent practices. On the contrary, after the departure of former owners who left the company with significant outstanding financial obligations, Sinful Shenanigans Event Tours voluntarily stepped in to assist with facilitating the return of funds to affected parties, despite having no obligation to assume debts created by others. Those actions reflect our commitment to doing what is right, even under difficult circumstances.
We urge the public to refrain from repeating or sharing false, misleading, or defamatory statements while this case remains pending. Individuals who continue to publish or republish demonstrably false allegations should understand that such conduct may carry legal consequences under applicable law.
