May 7th is around the corner. If you haven't gotten the Real ID, there's still time, make your appoint today.

Travelers without a Real ID or acceptable alternative should arrive at the airport about three hours early, the TSA said, and may be asked to "complete an identity verification process which includes collecting information such as your name and current address to confirm your identity."

The Real ID requirement applies to all airline passengers 18 years and older, including members of TSA PreCheck.

For those who do not have a Real ID, other acceptable IDs are U.S. and foreign passports, permanent resident cards, and Trusted Traveler program cards such as a Global Entry.

To save time, stress and aggravation, Get your Real ID or Travel Domestically with your Valid U.S. Passport

Travelers who only possess a noncompliant driver's license will have a more difficult time getting through airport security, according to the TSA.
