This Memorial Day weekend was fun with this tour on Saturday (5/23). The NATIONAL Association Education Hispanic Caucus were in town and added Paseo Boricua to their itinerary. As a special bonus they met up with .aponte who happen to be putting the finishing touches in his latest mural. ¡Que Viva La Comunidad!

Tour today with Goshen University students visiting Chicago. We went off my usual beat and path and visited “Honor Boricua” (Rockwell & Evergreen) mural by the legendary Hector Duarte .
