We really appreciate your planning and itinerary! It was perfect! We loved the tours, food tour guides, and the scenery! We also loved the little stops in between each town we drove to in Sicily! Our trip was the most perfect vacation we have ever been on. It was incredibly fun. Everything ran like clockwork. One day the guide rescheduled us from 9 to 9:30 in Rome because there was a transit strike (we think), but that was fine. La Favorita hotel in Sorrento was a special gem. It had a beautiful rooftop pool, bar, and very good restaurant. Incredible views. I loved how the drivers showed up on time, connected us with our guides. The guides were very interesting and it was great that we were able to “fast track” through the lines. We loved the boat ride to Capri and even were able to swim in the blue grotto. On the first Wednesday, we had lunch at a vineyard (the suggestion of the driver) and that was a very fun addition. The lunch at the family restaurant in Ravello was delicious. The Italian “mom” cook came out and visited with us—she was so Italian! The hotels were centrally located which made it very convenient and walkable in each city. The hotel staff were also very helpful. We found Italy to be a very warm country. Everyone spoke very good English and we had no trouble getting around on our own when we had free afternoons. I could go on and on. We loved every single minute. You exceeded our expectations!
