🚢✈️ FRIENDLY CRUISE TRAVEL PSA!

Here’s a little real-life reminder from people who are actually out here cruising.

The cruise we’re currently on may be arriving back in Seattle a full day late because of a combination of technical and medical issues.

And while situations like this definitely don’t happen every cruise, they’re a great reminder of why we recommend not booking your flight home for the same day your cruise returns whenever you can avoid it.

Give yourself some wiggle room and consider flying home the following day. One extra hotel night is a whole lot less stressful than watching your flight time get closer while you’re still sitting on a cruise ship. 😬✈️

Cruising is amazing—but ships, weather, medical emergencies and unexpected situations don’t always follow our vacation schedules.

Sometimes that little extra cushion can save you a BIG headache.

Travel smart.
