Finally, home from the rally in Lebanon.
Thanks to the organizers and volunteers for a great rally. The AC in the vendors hall was a nice addition 😉 😉
We met a lot of great people, and had a fantastic turnout at our booth and hope that we’ve convinced many members that a tour through New Zealand is in their future.

If you’re riding to the BMW MOA Rally in Lebanon TN, be aware of the constant road repairs and speed restrictions through IL, KY, TN and other states.
Pay particular attention to your speed while traveling on highway 57 south of Mt. Vernon IL. or you may also get to meet Trooper Smith. A nice enough young guy, doing his job, but the result can be very negative. 😉 😉
Stick to the side roads to avoid the traffic and construction.

Nth. Island Tour – Day 15. Big Trees and amazing forests.
Heading South, through rolling hills covered in old growth native forests, combined with great roads, and a ferry crossing led us to a stop to visit the largest tree in NZ. “Tane Mahuta also called God of the Forest” Fantastic!!
Riding through this ancient forest is a surreal experience.
We are surrounded by native forests in our stop for the night and sat outside eating dinner listening to the bird songs and insects.
Wrapped up the evening looking at Glow Worms in the bush and listening to the night bird’s call.
