I’m celebrating 3 years working with my agency! I signed my contract on this day three years ago and launched my business later in June. All of the growth, leaps and bounds I am proud as hell to be doing what I am doing.

Day 2

What a morning! Other than being super cold (40 degrees 🥶). Started the day taking in the knowledge. Talk about some awesome new things coming to Universal. This training will help me better accommodate you, my clients, with the best option to maximize your vacation.

After we broke for lunch at Bread Box-Handcrafted Sandwiches, we made our way out of CityWalk to tour 3 out of the 11 Universal Resorts. We visited Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, Hard Rock Hotel and ended with Universal Cabana Bay Beach Resort.

Once the resort tour is over I’m heading back to the Parks to enjoy the night casting spells, trying some new rides, and fare.

It’s Check-In Day for my Agent Education Trip at Universal Orlando Resorts.

Started the morning at Universal Studios with a traditional breakfast at Leaky Cauldron in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter - Diagon Alley. I started training with my second generation wand casting spells and winning against Dementors. Once I successfully defeated the Dementors with my patrons I headed in to New York to enjoy some creative Mardi Gras fare .

Once I got back to Universal’s Terra Luna Resort I checked in for the program which kicks off later tonight. Stay tuned as there will be more fun happening!

SURPRISE!!

I'm in Universal Orlando Resorts for an in destination familiarization trip, and no this isn't just a quick vacation. These trips help me stay informed, educated, and ready to plan the best experiences for my clients.

Starting Monday, February 23 - Wednesday, February 25, I will be getting classroom training, guided tours to a few other resorts and exploring the parks.

In the meantime....
Here is a bit of what we are doing tonight.

Once I land I will be taking Universal's SuperStar Shuttles from the airport to my resort for the week, Universal's Terra Luna Resort.
After I check into my room, my colleagues and I will be heading over to Disney Spring (IYKYK) for an affogato from Vivoli il Gelato and dinner at Jaleo. Other shenannigans might ensue, so keep checking back to see what happens.
