Just a quick update - with Hurricane Helene coming through there was a lot of damage sustained throughout the Island. We were lucky as no water came into the condos nor any significant damage to the building unlike our fellow neighbors & businesses.
We have no power but they are working on that & I will update as we find out more in the upcoming days!!
Many thoughts & prayers to all that were in the path of Hurricane Helene.

Laid back Clearwater Beach is known for its namesake stretch of soft, white sand, which draws visitors year-round for jet-skiing, parasailing, and stand up paddle boarding in its calm waters. Cyclists & rollerbladers glide along a winding beachfront promenade lined with casual seafood restaurants and cafes. Come sunset, Pier 60 hosts a nightly festival with street performers and craft vendors.
Coachman Park is a must visit whether you’re a nature lover, a music enthusiast, or simply looking for a place to relax and unwind.
Coachman Park is a brand new amphitheater that seats 4,000 under cover and can accommodate 5,000 more on the lawn.
Some of the Big names being brought in are Ringo Starr, Sammy Hagar, Chris Young, Steve Miller Band just to name a few.

Clearwater Beach is characterized by white sand beaches stretching for 2.5 miles along the Gulf and sits on a barrier island. It has a full marina on the Intracoastal Waterway side and is linked on the south by a short bridge to another barrier island called Sand Key, where Sand Key Park is located.
With Summer being almost over, its time to start planning your next getaway. Dates are filling up, so if you have a date in mind make sure to book it.
We still have some availability in September, 2022 which is the Baystar Clearwater Offshore Nationals - September 23 – 25.
Winter in Clearwater Beach is a great time to take a day trip to Crystal River, Florida. As the Gulf of Mexico cools down, manatees surround the warm spring waters in Crystal River. It’s the perfect time of year to kayak around the springs. The beautiful area has crystal clear water that stays over 70 degrees throughout the entire year and is filled with manatees!
The Pier 60 Sugar Sand Festival announced it will return to Clearwater Beach on Friday, April 7, 2023.
