No, this is 100% real, why would you even ask. 🙃

The new model just moves the engine from the back to the front mid-flip now. For balance. Totally normal. They don’t even brag about it in the ad, that’s how confident they are.

Anyway. While everyone argues about whether that van is real... our ice cream pool actually is. And unlike mid-air engineering, you can book it.

Sweet Escape. Somehow too good to be true, and still true. 🍦

Offline, but together. 🤍

No one reached for their phone. Nobody was half-listening. For one weekend everyone was just... here. Fully. Present in the same room, the way it used to be.

That’s harder to find than it should be. A place big enough for everyone, far enough from the noise, where the group actually slows down and remembers what being together feels like.

That’s what this mansion is for.

Some houses hand out candy. This one throws the whole party. 🎃

Fifteen themed rooms, ten private acres, and enough space for every costume, every kid, and every adult who refuses to grow up. The games don’t stop, the fire pit’s going, and nobody’s driving home at the end of the night because everyone’s already staying here.

This is the Halloween your group will be talking about next October.

45 of your favorite people. One lake house. 🌊

Imagine actually pulling it off. The whole crew, the fish-shaped pool, that waterslide, the lazy river, and nobody going home till Sunday.

Here’s the part that makes it easy: one house, one booking, 13 bedrooms with real beds for all 45 of you. No six hotel rooms. No “who’s staying where.” Everyone under one roof on 10 private lakefront acres.

There’s a reason the big weekends book out first. Groups don’t do this once, they rebook before they leave.

Tag the friend who always says,
“we have to do a trip.”

Consider this your official permission slip to book your family's vacation and ignore those emails.

To book the house big enough for everyone.
To skip splitting the family across 4 hotel rooms.
To connect with each other without a thousand schedules pulling you apart.
To spend the week at the pool in your own backyard instead of herding everyone to breakfast or parks.

You’ve earned the trip, and you’ll remember it forever.

Wait ’til they see the backyard. 👀

Life-size chess. Basketball. A pool with a waterslide. A bounce house. Even a Ninja Warrior course. All on 10 private acres, all yours.

This is the part nobody believes until they're standing in it. Your kids won't ask to leave. Your group won't want to.

One house, one booking, everyone entertained for days.
