Stayed again at the Hyatt Regency JFK for our last night of the trip. The room was wonderful again, and we had views of Manhattan in the distance. The staff were so helpful and kind. We spent a bit in the casino, but no big wins 🤣. This is definitely our new place to stay when flying in and out of JFK.

Had a wonderful flight home with an upgrade to BA First! I’ve always wanted to visit the Concorde Room, and it didn’t disappoint! The flight waa great and very comfy. Food was very good, and the crew were very friendly and helpful!

We’ve made it to Windsor and checked into our beautiful hotel! We’ll be heading to tour Windsor Castle in a few hours and then will have dinner in town.

Hello from Southampton, England! We disembarked from our cruise today where we had the most marvelous time with Paul and Carole Love To Travel and the group. So many new friends and memories! Jim and I are in the car headed up to Windsor for the evening before we fly back to the US tomorrow.

Hello from La Rochelle, France! Unfortunately, Jim isn’t feeling well today, so we stayed onboard and have spent the day in the cabin and on our balcony. We missed exploring this time but will just have to come back!

Our cabin on Queen Victoria. Unfortunately they had to cancel our stop in Portugal due to weather. We had to stay onboard overnight in Southampton. Headed to Spain now.

Jim finally got to take the train to Southampton with me. We had the entire car to ourselves the whole time as well which was great. We are now at our hotel, the Leonardo Royal Southampton, and just relaxing for the evening before we start exploring and meeting up with friends tomorrow. The room we have is fantastic! Absolutely huge. Looking forward to what’s next!

This was my first time flying Virgin Atlantic. I was lucky enough to get to book Upper Class and also get the Retreat Suite on the A330-900neo! The seat was incredibly roomy, the IFE was huge (27”) and the service was fab. I was able to get 4-5 hours of sleep which really helped with our travel to Southampton today after landing.
