This is exactly how I would picture you explaining it.

If you're happy seeing the pool, palm trees, and a little bit of the ocean, Oceanview is probably perfect.
If you dream of opening your curtains and seeing nothing but blue water, let's look at Oceanfront.
If your dream is walking out of your room and having your toes in the sand within seconds, then Beachfront is the better choice."
