What is Chef’s Table ?

The Chef's Table is an exclusive, multi-course dinner and wine tasting hosted by the executive chef. Limited to 10–12 guests, it may include a galley tour with hors d'oeuvres, an off-menu tasting menu with wine pairings, and a keepsake photo.
Experience Highlights:

Galley Tour & Cocktails: The evening kicks off in the ship’s inner-sanctum kitchen with pre-dinner cocktails, appetizers, and a chance to meet the executive chef.

Tasting Menu: Guests are treated to an elevated, multi-course dinner paired with fine wines curated by the head sommelier.

Chef Interaction: The executive chef guides you through each dish's preparation and joins the table during the dessert course.
