The Riverbend Bicycle Club (RBBC) is an organization of people interested in the joys of safe bicycling. Through its monthly meeting, the club provides an opportunity for bicyclists to enjoy fellowship with fellow cyclists, discuss issues concerning bicycling, conduct the business of the club, and brag about their most recent cycling adventures. It is the goal of RBBC to promote safe bicycle ridin

g and inform the public of the advantages and needs of bicyclist everywhere, and spur interest in cycling to grow the sport through an educated public and bicyclist themselves.

Labor Day ride to McCausland, Monday, September 7. Ride leaves at 7:30am from Walgreens on N 2nd St., Clinton. (meet on the Roosevelt St side of the parking lot). Ride to McCausland for the Fireman's Breakfast and view the Car Show. Approximately 47 miles.

Celebrate 250 Ride Clinton, IA and Remote would like you to be part of the Clinton 2026 4th of July Parade. Decorate your bike and/or yourself and ride in this year's parade (must wear a helmet). Meet on Saturday, July 4th at the southeast end of Jewel's parking lot at 12:15 to join in the parade that begins at 1:00 P.M.. The parade route ends at the Clinton bandshell. All bicyclists are welcome to participate.

The Celebrate 250 Ride starts tomorrow, Saturday, 6-27 to 7-4. For those in Clinton, kickoff ride Saturday, 6-27. Gather at Walgreens North at 7:30 A.M. and head over the bridge, get to the trail at Shell and ride north any distance you are comfortable with. For those not in Clinton, ride and track your miles, report them to the team leader.
