During our visit to Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios yesterday, we opted not to utilize the rope drop or express passes. The longest wait we experienced was 70 minutes in the single rider line for Hagrid's. All other attractions had wait times of 35 minutes or less. We had a great day! 😎

We had the BEST night at the Mardi Gras Parade at Universal Orlando Resort a few weeks ago!

From the larger-than-life floats, to the stilt performers, and hyping up the crowd, the atmosphere was absolutely was so fun! The colors, the music, the lights, the beads flying through the air — it truly feels like a little slice of Bourbon Street right here in Orlando.

✨ Mardi Gras runs February 7 – April 4, 2026 ✨
And yes — the parade and concerts are included with park admission!

Pro tips if you’re planning to go:
