Royal Splendor - 1 Queen, 1 Daybed; Shared whirlpool bath Bathroom - $750/month
Knights Quarters - 1 Antique Double; Shared whirlpool bath Bathroom - $750/month
Victorian King - 1 King + Bunkbeds - Private Bathroom $750/month
Darling Duchess - 1 Queen, 1 Daybed, Private Bathroom - $750/month
Shared Spaces include Living Room; Dining Room; Dinette; Kitchen; Main floor 3/4 Bath; Laundry Room; Back Patio/Yard; and Front Porch. Free Laundry included.
Free Front Street Parking for 4 vehicles and Back Driveway Parking for 2-3 Vehicles.
Garage is not included.
House is 2800 square feet on 1st & 2nd floor. Bedrooms are all on 2nd floor. (3700 square feet total house size, but basement is not included.)
Room rent includes ALL Utilities, Wi-Fi, Roku TV; and a Vivint Alarm System. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots & pans, utensils, and appliances. (No microwave)
Rules are strict! It is a non-smoking, non-substance abuse home. It is not a “party house”.
And it must be kept in incredible condition for our Summer Yellowstone Tourist Season, as well as for our other winter renters!
No Pets
References required. $500 deposit.
