📍Ready to Set Sail!

I’m so excited for this adventure that I had to come see the ship early, and even under dark, cloudy skies, the Avalon Poetry II is an absolute beauty.

Today, I officially board for an 8 day Active & Discovery river cruise down the Rhône. From medieval towns to local wine tastings, hikes, and hidden gems, I can’t wait to experience southern France in the most unforgettable way. 🚢🇫🇷✨

Europe in the summer, too crowded, too hot! You don’t say? 😀

✨ Just had the most magical day exploring some of Portugal’s most breathtaking spots!

🏰 Pena Palace looked like it came straight out of a storybook, colorful, whimsical, and perched high above Sintra with the most stunning views.

🌿 We passed by the mysterious Quinta da Regaleira (definitely coming back to explore the secret tunnels next time!).

🌊 Then it was off to Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of mainland Europe, standing there with the wind in my hair and the Atlantic stretching endlessly before me was surreal.

🌅 Finished the day strolling through Cascais, a charming coastal town that’s the perfect mix of beach vibes and old-world charm.

I love finding places that feel like they belong in a fairy tale, and today was full of them. 💫

Travel experiences Bucket List ✅

Tram 28 is a historic and iconic yellow tram in Lisbon that offers a scenic and nostalgic journey through the city's most famous neighborhoods. It's a popular tourist attraction, known for its route through Alfama, Baixa, and other historic districts. The tram is a vintage streetcar that has been running since 1914.
