One of the most common questions I get asked is if I cut myself a lot when working with vintage tins. I wouldn't say I do a lot.....but I sure did it badly yesterday! The older I get, the less I can handle blood and gore, so I'm really grateful my daughter was home since I was passing out on the kitchen floor. 😂 Urgent care said it could take a few stitches, but I quickly vetoed that idea, so they settled for this hilarious bandage job. Luckily I don't really need my left pinky all that much, so it's back to work today.
