Wondering if you qualify for online passport renewal? Here are the key requirements:
✅The passport you are renewing is/was valid for 10 years, and you are age 25 or older.
✅ Your passport is either expiring within one year or has expired less than five years ago.
✅ You live in the United States (either state or territory).
✅ Your most recent passport is in your possession and was never reported as lost or stolen.
✅ You are comfortable paying online and uploading your own passport photo.

Even airports are posting how to help travelers to get to their destinations!

We know the news of Spirit’s closure has left many passengers wondering how to reach their destination. Many of our airline partners are helping make this transition easier by offering discounted rates to those impacted.

We had two regular routes out of CMH with Spirit. Below are the airlines still servicing those routes:

Flights to Fort Lauderdale (FLL):
- : Thursdays through Mondays
- (from Rickenbacker/LCK): Fridays & Mondays

Flights to Orlando (MCO & SFB):
- : Thursdays, Fridays, Sundays, & Mondays; growing to daily this summer
- : 3-5x daily
- (from LCK): Mondays & Fridays; adding Wednesdays & Saturdays during summer service to Orlando/Sanford (SFB)

Spirit airlines just recently went out of business and now individuals are scrambling to find a new flight to their final destination. This is why it’s important to have a travel agent to help when unexpected issues arise. They know how to work under pressure and find a solution that fits your needs. Whether it’s trying to get ahold of different vendors on the phone or where to stay for a night if stranded, your agent can handle it for you! They are on call for the duration of the trip and will always follow up, if needed.

PSA ✈️ Tl;dr: No need to arrive 3–4 hours early. We promise, 90 minutes does the trick.

We’ve seen an increase in passengers arriving several hours early when the checkpoint opens. We totally understand wanting extra time— arriving 90 minutes before departure is all you need.

Arriving too early can actually create longer lines right when we open. Spacing out arrival times helps keep things moving smoothly for everyone.

Even when lines at Concourse B stretch to the ticket counters, wait times are typically around 45 minutes.

Our TSA officers are doing a great job keeping things moving, and we’re grateful for them showing up every day. You can help by arriving at the right time for your flight.
