Come on out, bring a new toy for a child to donate, and have a great time! Bouncy houses, BBQ, and lots more! Help the kids of WNC that lost everything during Helene! Hosted by Savage Freedom group!

For those that remember Rich (CJ) Cecil from Myra's Friday Night Cruise-in at Valdese, it saddens me to re-post that he passed away yesterday in his sleep at Hospice House in Newton, NC. I will try to update any further details as I find out arrangements.

Getting the equipment loaded and myself ready (in uniform) to DJ in the annual Newton, NC Old Soldiers Reunion Parade, which starts at approx. 6:30 this evening in downtown Newton. Come on out with your family and friends!

Again, with the freezing temperatures, high water levels, and other hazardous conditions, the Caldwell County Schools will operate on a 2-hour delay on Monday.

WrapAround will also operate on a 2-hour delay.

It's here! For some reason, it seems like it took a bit longer for Friday to come this week, but it's here! We hope you can join us for our Myra's Friday Night Cruise-In as we continue the longest-running regular cruise-in around! Once again, please leave the drive-thru lanes behind First Citizens open so people can access the ATM and drop box. Also, please do not park in the Rock Drug parking lot until after 6pm. Hope to see you there!!

It's with great sadness and sorrow that we announce the loss of our #1 setup technician, (my stepson), Jonathan Betancourt, who tragically died in a single car accident last night in Lenoir, NC. We love you Jonathan, and miss you, but we know you are in Heaven with our Lord, whom you knew and loved.
We ask for prayers for our family as we grieve and go through this time of sorrow and confusion. Thank you to all our friends and family for being there for us.
