CC036 Intro to Machine Sewing 2 - Wed, June 18 & 25 Or Wed, July 16 & 23 (9:30-12:00)
(All Levels) This class will review how to thread your sewing machine, and all the basic sewing machine skills. You will learn how to sew a beginner friendly project. June — Choose between a pillowcase or a tote bag. July — Choose between an apron or zipper pouch.

(All Levels) Whether you’re just beginning to sew or are looking to level up your work, this class will help you develop your skills. Beginners, who know how to thread their machines and sew a straight line, can choose to make a tote bag, or a simple skirt or top. Intermediate students can choose their project and receive support and guidance to challenge themselves with something new!

Intro to Machine Sewing 1 CC030
(Level 1) Learn the basics of machine sewing. Start by learning the different parts of your sewing machine, how to thread your machine and wind your bobbin, and how to pin your material together to prepare it for sewing. Learn about seam allowance, how to sew straight lines, curved lines, and how to pivot your work. And last learn how to zig-zag on and off the edge of your fabric for a finished edge. Hello to all our dear commentors! Your messages are such an encouragement and a balm on our spirits. We appreciate the time you’ve taken to write and the support of all your lives. God truly has watched over us and blessed us by sending each of you.

We are actively looking for a new business location and will let you all know as soon as we have found a place. Meanwhile, your prayers and support are holding Piecemakers up and helping all of us to move forward.

PIECEMAKERS HAS CLOSED. We were shut down yesterday with doors locked at 1:00 PM and two hours notice to vacate.

We are hoping to re-open as a new entity at a new location in the near future... we will see how God leads us and what materializes. Please keep up with us on Facebook and Instagram.

For those with pending orders — The appropriate department will be contacting you.

FAIR VENDORS — All fairs are cancelled. Joanna and Deborah will be contacting the vendors registered for 2025 fairs.

"Wow, I feel like I have come home." This is the feeling of not only Americans but our family from all over the world as they step through the big double doors of Piecemakers Country Store. The smell of homemade food meets the nostrils. Handmade quilts don the walls. Fabrics, ribbons, trims, laces, buttons, patterns, books and more, as well as beautiful pieces of furniture laden with gifts of all kinds, fill every nook and cranny.
