Like Johnny Rivers this great song writer, and singer never got the credit he deserved. He had a string of hits, but my favorite will always be this one. The haunting lyrics in [ Walk A Mile In My Shoes ] are '' Well, I may be common people, but I'm your brother.'' Joe, you'll always be a brother to all of us. Thanks for the music.

Talk about technical difficulties......Spent all day yesterday importing video from two cameras and running rough copy DVDs for the band to watch - New laptop overheated, fan stopped working, has to go back. Thank the Heavens, I never choose ERASE after Import, so I get to do it all again today on old laptop! First time in almost 15 years of owning HP products, that one let me down!

Heading out to Christening Friday at "Platform Music Co - Home Of The Rockin' Great Ape" 4901 Woodville Hwy (Grand Opening Saturday) - Backlash plays at 7 pm followed by Inside The Nine. Then we're runnin' up the road to see "The Flood" at Pockets Pool and Pub on Sharer Road at 9:30. Counting on "the boys" to Rip It Up!!! The cameras will be ON!
