Our Niagara Falls family adventure was definitely one for the books!
We started on the New York side and had such a good time exploring. We visited the Aquarium of Niagara, saw the jellyfish, and watched the sea lion show, which was really nice. Then came Niagara Falls! The bigger kids absolutely LOVED it, and when I say we got SOAKED… we got SOAKED! But it was definitely an experience worth having.
Then we crossed over into Canada and explored Clifton Hill. The kids rode some of the rides, including one that was a little scary, played games, checked out the fair, and we also did the wax museum. That was another fun experience to add to the trip! We grabbed pizza and, of course, had to try some Canadian poutine. The kids loved it.
We also made a stop at the outlet mall and spent time at the waterpark, where the kids had a BALL on the slides and in the waves.
And y'all… the food throughout the trip was a little hit or miss, but we FINALLY found a restaurant on the way home that was GOOD good! We finished things off with some ice cream before heading back home.
Overall, this was such a nice family getaway. The kids got to experience Buffalo, Niagara Falls, New York AND Canada all in one trip, and seeing them enjoy themselves made it completely worth it.
