This will mark the first time since 2019 that WDW will operate both of its water parks at the same time! 👀

Typhoon Lagoon officially reopen on May 1. Blizzard Beach will close that day for a temporary refurbishment and reopen on May 21.

🌊Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park will be celebrating its 30th anniversary this April🥳

❄️There will be a high-energy DJ spinning some toe-tapping tunes on the deck near the Polar Pub and fun interactions with Mickey and Minnie decked out in their winter attire. There will even be snowman bowling and character-themed tubes for floating down Cross Country Creek☃️

After the Blizzard Beach festivities conclude on April 30, the water park will close for refurbishment, and Typhoon Lagoon will then re-open to take it's place on May 1st 🌴

This means if you are staying on Disney property after May 1, your free water park day will be utilized at Typhoon Lagoon!
