Hello everyone, what a few days it has been. I’m sure you or someone you know has some sort of plumbing emergency. We apologize if your calls can’t be returned as quickly as we would like them to be. Please understand we have families and problems that we need to take care of as well. We will be progressively returning to work and getting as many of you taken care of as possible. Our thoughts and prayers are with those who have and still are enduring these tragic losses. A large amount of our costumers are from the Mckenzie valley and it is heart wrenching to believe what you are all going through. If you are reading this and need any help at all, please reach out.
Also, thank you to all the first responders who are working so hard to get this fire under control. Your time, sacrifices and hard work is very much appreciated.

With the recent events surrounding Covid19 we understand that we need to be as safe as possible. We have not had any signs among our staff that would require us to shut down our door is still open and will continue to be open until we have reason to believe we are harming the community. We understand plumbing is a necessary part of cleanliness of our community and we plan to keep people up and running. We do ask though, if you have an appointment with us and you decide you do not want people in your home please give us at least a 24 hour notice. It is very hard to schedule our day if we do not have notice. Please stay safe and stay clean! Thank you!

If your on the wrong end of this toilet paper crisis please remember that baby wipes, paper towels etc. do not flush very well and are not supposed to be put down any toilet. Even “ flushable “ wipes are not flushable.
