Some weeks remind me exactly why I love being a travel advisor.

I got a call today from a dad who just got full custody of his 11-year-old son two weeks ago. They've never been able to leave Texas together and now I get to help plan this grand adventure for these two. This one's going to be special. ❤️

And speaking of special, I just dropped off some road trip snack boxes for a family heading out in the morning headed to Galveston for their first family cruise.🍊🍪

📚 Travel Advisor Update!

I spent yesterday completing in-depth training on the Palace Resorts Collection, including Moon Palace, Le Blanc, Sun Palace, Beach Palace, and more.

The biggest takeaway? These resorts may look similar online, but they each offer a very different vacation experience. Knowing those differences helps me match my clients with the right resort the first time.

Just finished booking an Oregon Coast getaway for a family of six, and it’s a great reminder that larger family travel doesn’t always have to mean a huge price tag. For this trip, I found several suite-style accommodations in nice properties for under $250 per night, giving them the extra space they needed without overspending.

If you’re planning a family trip, don’t assume booking direct is your only option. I’m happy to help compare hotels, suites, and private residences to find the best fit for your group and budget—and there’s no extra cost to you for having me handle the reservation process.

🚢 Just found an AMAZING deal for a family of 8 cruising out of Galveston this August! 🌴☀️

A lot of people think cruises have to be booked a year in advance to get a good price. While early booking is great, that’s not always the case! Sometimes fantastic deals pop up just weeks before sailing.

What an incredible night! ✈️ Tonight, four of us from Vacation Road Map Travel had the honor of attending the celebration of 100 years of American Airlines hosted alongside RIU Hotels & Resorts at the amazing CR Smith Museum.

We were literally dining beside a restored 1940s World War II aircraft while celebrating a company that helped shape Dallas-Fort Worth into one of the largest airline hubs in the world. Fun fact — American Airlines moved its headquarters to the DFW area in the 1970s, and today DFW Airport is one of the busiest airports on the planet! 🌎✈️

As travel advisors, it’s moments like this that remind us how exciting the world of travel truly is. History, aviation, great partners, and dreaming about where to go next all in one evening. ❤️

Spent yesterday learning all about the beautiful Cancun & Riviera Maya area… and let me just say, I’m officially ready to book myself a beachfront office with unlimited tacos and ocean views. 🌴🍹

From all-inclusive resorts to family getaways, romantic escapes, and turquoise water that doesn’t even look real… Cancun definitely knows how to vacation RIGHT. 🇲🇽✨
