Epcot International Festival of the Arts starts this week!! 🎨

I heard someone call it I-FARTS and I just can't unhear it now. I mean, we are all about our acronyms in the Disney fandom. Plus, apparently the phrase "Artsy Fartsy" means "associated with or showing a pretentious interest in the arts." Who knew? 🤷‍♀️🤣

Well just call me Artsy Fartsy then, because this is one of my favorite festivals of the year! 👩‍🎨 The food is beautifully prepared and there are interactive art exhibits all throughout the park!

January and February are great times to visit Walt Disney World! Typically, crowds and temps are both on the lower side. Have you ever been to the Epcot International Festival of the Arts? 🖼️

Momentum...the strength or force that allows something to grow stronger and faster as time passes.

2021 was a year of progress for me, in my personal life, towards my business goals, and along my fitness journey. In 2022, my goal is to continue that forward progress, that momentum, if you will. It's a reminder to pause if I need to- maybe even slow down- but not stop. Maintain the momentum to become unstoppable!

....just a few of my favorite things! How about you? This week between Christmas and New Years is one of my favorite times of the year, too.

A chance to rest, reflect, dream and plan. It's a dreary, rainy day today, and I'm happily cuddled up with a Disney blanket and my favorite cup of coffee making big plans for 2022!

I've been missing from my feed...again. Best laid plans, you know? I've started to reflect a bit on 2021 as my focus begins to shift to 2022 goals and planning. (Crazy, right?!...I know, I know. It's not even November yet!)⁠

This was my 2021 vision board in my planner. And, I've enjoyed making so much of this vision a reality. My word of the year was Magic Maker. ⁠

Know who I love making magic for? All of YOU! I've received some lovely feedback and surprises from clients this week and it's reminded me how much I love being HERE, in this space, sharing the magic. ⁠

So, I've been busy thinking about the systems I had in place earlier this year that helped me show up here more! Number one on that list was planning content in advance. I have 2 whole days of our Disney World trip that I never shared in stories and a whole week's worth of content to share in my feed! Can't wait to see all of you (and me) around these parts more next month!

Time for a confession. I LOVE the Skyliner. 🚠 Probably even more than the monorail. It's just so convenient and peaceful, not to mention fast!

The monorail resorts are definitely ideal for Magic Kingdom days. No doubt about it! But, if you are planning to spend more days at Hollywood Studios and Epcot than at Magic Kingdom, look no further than one of the Skyliner resorts. Trust me, you won't regret it! ❤️

Do you have a pre-vacation tradition? Here's a sneak peek of how I pass the time on those last few days before our Disney trips...you know, the ones that seem to pass at a snail's pace?

I (somewhat obsessively) plan and make shirts and dresses before every trip. Even when I declare that "I'M NOT MAKING ANY MORE SHIRTS!" I, inevitably, still end up making more shirts just so those last few days go by just a little faster! 12 days until we're back in the magic!
