Meet our Honored Hero, Santiago ❤️ His story inspires every step we take with Blood Cancer United’s Dallas Big Climb.

After being diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia at just three years old, Santiago bravely endured five rounds of chemotherapy. A year after his treatment he relapsed and faced the daunting reality of needing a bone marrow transplant, with his sister Emilia thankfully being a perfect match. Now, Santiago is in remission and thriving as a happy, healthy big brother.
