If you're planning a trip to Universal Orlando, I cannot recommend Nikki highly enough! She made our family vacation so easy and stress-free from beginning to end.
Nikki was incredibly patient as our plans changed multiple times before the trip, and she handled every adjustment with kindness, professionalism, and a smile.
She booked our four rooms at Aventura Hotel and even secured an amazing $300 dining credit for each room, which was a wonderful surprise and added so much value to our vacation. She also arranged all of our park tickets, Express Passes—including Express Passes for my sister who lives in Florida—and even coordinated our airport transportation to and from the hotel.
Because of Nikki's attention to detail, everything was organized and seamless, allowing us to simply relax, enjoy our time together, and make unforgettable family memories.
