It's and while some places tell a story...Penn Farm lets you walk through it! 🌿

Located within Cedar Hill State Park, Penn Farm preserves a piece of North Texas history, showcasing what farm life looked like for generations who helped build this region. Drawn by the rich soils and abundant grasses of the Blackland Prairie, the site has remained active for more than 100 years!

One of the best ways to explore the attraction is by taking the Penn Farm Trail, an easy 0.6-mile loop that winds through the historic farmstead. The self-guided trail takes visitors past original buildings and equipment used by the Penn family!

With exciting development like East Penn bringing new a luxury multifamily complex to Hillside Village, Cedar Hill continues to grow while honoring the places that make it special. We’re still not over the energy of Cedar Hill’s first Night Market! 🎶🛍️🥤

On July 25, Historic Downtown was the place to be as approximately 3,600 visitors joined us for an unforgettable evening of shopping, live music, delicious food, and community.

More than 60 local vendors filled Downtown with something to discover around every corner, giving visitors a chance to shop small, support local businesses, and experience the vibrant character of Cedar Hill.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and made the night such a success. We cannot wait to do it again! ✨
