Shad Campbell LC, ies, the owner of AIA, has over 20 years of experience in the architectural lighting industry. Shad has a degree in theatrical lighting and moved to Las Vegas in to ply his craft. But things were tough, so he took some work with an electrical distributor. After a few high profile designs for some of the casinos in town, a manufacturer in Los Angeles offered him a job. y 2000s, Shad moved to Dallas to head the applications department for a Lighting Manufacturer’s Representative. After 15 years of lighting applications for reps he opened AIA to fill, what he thought, was a neglected segment of the lighting industry.

AIA was created to fill a small but much needed segment in the lighting industry. We want to provide out-of-house lighting layouts and other services to lighting manufacturer representatives who do not have an in-house applications staff or have a staff that is overwhelmed and cannot get to fast track projects needed by their clientele.
