By incorporating technique and fundamentals into a cardio-based workout and a playlist chosen by the participants, K2B will make training a blast! Kickin' 2 Beats is a soccer training class for people of all ages. The sessions will teach users different types of skilled soccer moves. These classes are intended for individual users to increase their technical skills. In these workouts, the players

will learn the fundamentals of ball control and conditioning while moving to a great dancing beat of their own choice. The moves will be done to the beat of the music while giving the person an enjoyable training experience. The players will be learning the moves necessary to compete at " the next level". The classes will provide a challenge, both physically and technically, to even the most skilled player.
