We’re Looking for a few New Advisors
Let me say something right up front…
This is not a hobby!
Being a travel advisor is a real career, and building a successful travel business takes time, effort, consistency, and hard work.
For us, it’s also something even more...
We see this business as a ministry. And opportunity to make a difference, to pray for our clients, and to shine the light of Jesus in all that we do.
We get the opportunity to serve people, build relationships, and help create memories that they will talk about for the rest of their lives.
There is something incredibly special about helping someone plan a trip and then getting to watch those memories unfold.
The first family vacation.
The anniversary trip.
The girls’ getaway.
The milestone birthday.
The dream vacation they’ve talked about for years.
Then, years later, you hear them say, “We still talk about that trip.”
That's what makes this career so rewarding.
But those memories don't happen by accident.
They happen because someone cared enough to think about the little things...
The perfect quaint little coffee shop.
The special phone call from a favorite character.
The room location.
The timing.
The special surprises.
The tour that meets that little detail they mentioned but weren't sure they could do.
The details the traveler may not even know to ask about.
Someone has to care about even the very smallest detail, because those details can be what turns a vacation into a memory they will never forget.
That’s the kind of advisor we’re looking for.
Not someone looking for a hobby.
Not someone looking for a discount.
Not someone who thinks this is simply about booking vacations.
We’re looking for someone who wants to build a real business, serve people well, and be part of something that has purpose.
Because when you look at it through our eyes, we aren't just booking trips....
We’re helping write stories.
Stories that families will tell around their dinner tables for decades to come. And we believe there is something pretty incredible about being trusted with something as incredibly important as that.
We want advisors who understand that this business requires work—but who also understand the privilege that comes with doing that work well.
