Here is a little glimpse of the Deluxe Family Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah that Lynn and her family stayed in on the Disney Destiny.

These staterooms can sleep 4 to 5 guests and come with some extra space, which Lynn and her family loved.

Their stateroom was 7624 and was a Hercules themed room! When you consult with your AET Travel Advisor, he or she will go over the stateroom layouts, and if you are interested in picking a specific themed room such as Hercules, your advisor will help find you an available theme you are looking for!

Who doesn’t love unlimited ice cream at sea? Live your best life and feel like a child again while you treat yourself to the endless ice cream cones 🍦included in your cruise fare 🚢.

Pro Tip: You can choose from Vanilla, Chocolate, or Swirl! Each day there will be a special flavor of the day, so be sure to check it out each day! Our favorite on this sailing on the Destiny was the pineapple coconut!

🚢 Friday Fun Disney Cruise Line Tip:

If your Disney Cruise itinerary includes a stop at Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point and your kids want to enjoy the Rush Out, Gush Out water play area with little to no crowds, you’ll want to pull a classic Disney World move… “rope drop” it 😉.

Get off the ship early and head straight there first thing in the morning. The area fills up quickly later in the day, so enjoying it early means more space and way more fun for the kids. Trust us and thank us later 💗.

Primo Piatto at Disney’s Riviera Resort is hands down is one of the best quick service restaurants for breakfast! We dream of those blueberry lemon pancakes and the banana bread! Everything is delicious!

Having breakfast there is a great way to start your morning before heading to Disney’s Hollywood Studios or EPCOT via the Disney Skyliner!!

⚡️The Hercules on the Disney Destiny is a fantastic show! This is a must see! On the day that they show this, they offer three showings. We decided to watch the matinee, which was perfect timing wise.

After the show, go ahead and grab a Hercules art themed latte from Cafe Megara!

Pro Tip: Make sure you get in line at least 45 mins to even an hour prior if you want a great seat. If you need accessible seating, you will line up on deck 2 forward port side. Lynn had to do this for her mother in law who uses a scooter. She got in line an hour before showtime as they will let concierge guests and accessible guests early.

If your guest needs to go into the theater in their scooter or wheelchair, that is fine! If they are able to walk to a seat then the scooter or wheel chair will be parked out in the hallway you enter the theater from.

Do you guys remember the Disney Enchantment fireworks show that Magic Kingdom used to show during the 50th anniversary? Well, you can see it when you go to the After Hours event offered at Magic Kingdom! We were lucky to see it from our room at Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
