Thanks D r Reutter for the awesome review. Dr Megan Reutter The RISE Retreat is a unique experience that combines CEs, personal development, and connection of like-minded women. Prior to attending the retreat, an intake form was collected to ensure every attendee’s needs and intentions were addressed. The entire weekend was a safe space to share our professional goals while working through personal barriers and stories we may tell ourselves.

Following the retreat, I gained a new sense of confidence and appreciation of the different avenues our amazing profession has to offer. It was humbling to learn, grow, and support one another and that connection has continued long after the retreat. I have a newfound confidence in speaking and pursuing alternative avenues in medical-dental integration. If you’re looking to step out of your comfort zone and elevate your career, this is the place to do it!
