We are finally up and running! We ended up switching the management company, which was a good move on our part, but took us a few more weeks to get all of the wrinkles ironed out.

Dillon, CO 🚲🏔️

Feet from Lake Dillon. ⛵️ Solo neighborhood on the North side of the Lake. Quiet. 🤫 Many permanent residents. 🏘️ Small clubhouse with outdoor heated pool (small) 🏊🏼‍♂️ with pool entrance inside the clubhouse for warm dressing. Hot tub in clubhouse along with a sauna, as well. 🥵

Driveway wide enough for 4 parking spaces. 🚗🛺🏍️🚙 Of the 4 allowed cars/spots, 1 may use the in-floor heated garage. (No electric car charger, yet, sorry) 🔌

Garage includes wall space for 🎿skis, poles, ski apparel and helmets. Boot/glove dryer with timer ⏳ for a warm up before you go and a dry-off when you return.

Ground level includes a basement/den that includes 4-full size bunk beds 🛏️🛏️🛏️🛏️ with a full bath (shower only). 🚿

Main floor (one floor up from the ground level) includes a spacious, fully-stocked kitchen with walk in pantry 🚪 and adjacent front deck 🌄 (lots of sun), live-edge dining table 🍝 that can seat 10 guests with 2 additional high table seating at the peninsula; living room with fireplace 🔥 controlled by a thermostat 🎛️ and hallway to main floor bedrooms and laundry closet.

Main floor bedrooms include a Queen-size bed 🛏️ with en suite tub/shower bath. 🛁 Laundry closet between main floor bedrooms. Stacked, full-size washer and dryer 🧺 with counter space and cabinets. Second main floor bedroom includes a full-size daybed 🛏️🛏️with twin trundle. This bedroom has a slider door to the backyard and a walk in, very spacious, closet. 👚👖

The master suite is the entire second floor. Master suite includes a king-size bed 🛏️ with ample mountain peak views and glimpses of Lake Dillon. ⛵️🏔️ Master closet is the size of a small room … so much room for suitcases and more. 🛍️ En suite master bath features a shower 🚿 and a temperature controlled 🎛️jetted tub 🫧 with many features. A must try! Great in-house option following a day on the slopes. ⛷️🏂

Entire home has in-floor heating. Each bedroom has a humidifier. All bedrooms, plus the den, have fans. Deck includes lounge sitting and a small table that seats 4+ guests.

Backyard is small but has 2 seats for guests for summertime lounging in the coolest spots of the mountain house and property.
